Concrete is all we do.
Two founders, a Richmond yard, and forty years of concrete between them. When you call New Edge, you get Jose or Roberto — not a salesperson.

Concrete is unforgiving. That’s the appeal.
A pour gives you one attempt. Once the trucks leave, whatever you got is what the house sits on for the next fifty years — so the work that matters happens before any concrete arrives: the layout, the forms, the rebar, the drainage nobody will ever see.
That is the part we are specialists in. Drilled piers on a hillside, a rebar cage in a trench, anchor bolts set to a drawing so the framer’s plate drops straight onto them. It is unglamorous, and it is the whole job.

Jose Rosales
Jose came up through a decade of Bay Area construction, with a business background in San Francisco behind it. He is the one who walks your site, writes the estimate, and explains what is about to happen in your yard — from foundation replacements to large retaining walls.

Roberto Santana
Roberto has 30+ years in concrete and runs every job from the site itself, not an office. Forms, rebar, and the pour are his call. If your project is being poured today, Roberto is standing in it.
The crew, day to day
Excavation, forms, rebar and pours from jobs around the Bay Area — posted as they happen.

Leave every site so the next trade can start on it without asking us a single question.

Concrete, and only concrete
Foundations and walls, ADU slabs, driveways, sidewalks, ramps and patios. We don’t frame, roof, or remodel.
Built to the drawings
Piers, rebar, and anchor bolts go where the structural engineer put them — and we pour to that.
