Overview
Finish concrete work for an ADU project in Danville, poured by New Edge Concrete in 2023. We formed and cast a stepped entry landing pad at the ADU’s doors, then ran a wire-mesh-reinforced curb-and-channel drainage swale the length of the side yard — a hand-finished V-profile channel with cast-in drain grates that carries runoff safely along the home’s foundation.
